Once the Spa brief has been established and the concept approved, our Architects then draw up the draft concept lay-out supported by 3D drafters and our designer will present their artist impressions of the Spa.

3. Guest's access & staff access if available
4. Existing drawings, Master Plan in Autocad format.
5. MEP existing if available
6. Photo documentation of the location.
7. Photo documentation of the building if existing
8. Photo documentation of the surroundings, from inside, views.

Deliverables from The Private Spa:
1. A write up on the Concept presentation.
2. Spa image and menu creation.
    (Logo, treatments available, product used, retailing line...)
3. Zoning map
4. Artistic Master plan of the project.
5. Photo mood presentation (wet area, dry area, landscaping).
6. 3D Views of key areas
7. Conceptual Fees:
Minimum Euro 7,000 or 24 euro per M2.
