As soon as the team has been recruited (including manager) and trained, our set up team assist on site to set up all operating procedures (S.O.P's) until the spa is ready to operate.

Duration to vary depending on number of therapists and number of treatments on the menu. Our services can include also bi-yearly on-site visits, mystery shopping, with refresher training to maintain high quality consistency.
